Mike Orme & Lisa Kohler Orme

Lisa is a seasoned real estate professional at Davis Coleman Realty and a Utahan with deep roots in the Wasatch
Range and Heber Valley. Lisa has been serving
a diverse range of clients since 1999. Born and raised on a dairy
farm in the Heber Valley just minutes away from the mountain
ski resorts of Park City and Deer Valley, Lisa is intimately familiar
with all aspects of Wasatch County’s real estate market and its
lifestyle.
Now working in the community she grew up in, Lisa knows just
about everyone in Heber Valley and is often the go-to realtor
for not only finding the best community and home for her clients
who are new to the area, but also in assisting with referrals to
local businesses and school systems.
Taking a tour with Lisa to see available homes and properties
in places like Midway, Heber, and Park City, her nostalgic
connections are everywhere. From hearing stories of her grandfather’s
dry goods store, Welsh, Driscoll, & Buck in downtown Park
City (her grandfather also being the author of My Treasure
Mountain Home) to being one of nine children raised on a dairy
farm, home to Heber Valley Artisan Cheese, Lisa has seen and
experienced firsthand many of the changes and developments
in her hometown.

Lisa’s commitment to the people and places she’s been involved
with her entire life extends to her real estate community as well.
She’s brought her unique perspectives and energy to help with
advancing the regional real estate industry over the last 20 years
in multiple roles on the Wasatch County Board of Realtors,
including serving as president for two of those years. Having completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) program, and other real estate continuing education, Lisa uses her solid foundation of education and experience for her real estate clients. 
Lisa lives in the Heber Valley with her husband and two of their
eight kids - an active lifestyle, to say the least, with its own set
of interesting and lively stories. She enjoys music and dancing,
as well as attending all of her kids’ activities. Lisa mostly dreams
of the time when she can settle things down and spend time
with her future grandchildren in the same landscape of mountain
meadows and the bucolic farm pastures of Heber Valley.

Mike  grew up in Sandy, Utah.  He has since lived in Davis and Weber counties and is familiar with the other side of the mountain.  Mike has spent most of his career in retail management.  He has used that experience to have a successful entrepreneurial experience in owning several cell phone stores for 10 years and managing those stores and growing a business.  

Mike married Lisa in 2018 and moved to Midway.  He now loves this community and the beauty of the Heber Valley.  Mike quickly joined forces with Lisa in the real estate market and is so grateful that he gets to work with Lisa.  They recently took over the property management portion of Davis Coleman Realty.  This has turned out to be the major focus for Mike.  Mike uses his management skills to run the property management side of the business.  Mike has Lisa by his side with her vast knowledge of the area and the local vendors and contractors to keep the homes running smoothly.  

          Mike loves to watch sports, enjoy the beauty of this valley, and of course spend time dancing with his gorgeous bride.  Together they love playing games with family and friends.
